But a new week means a new look!  Today Lisa has the reigns and is smashing in Shades of  PINK!!

I was really excited about this prompt...I love pink and wear it a lot!!  My take today features some of my favorite looks with pink!  Even the littlest pop of pink in an outfit totally changes it for the better!!  This year I have been shopping my closet more and haven't bought any new clothing, so these clothes are not the newest, but I feel like the color pink is quite the staple. Below you'll find some of my favorite Spring looks featuring shades of pink!

I bought this first shirt about two years ago at Piper Street.  Back then, it was the first of it's kind.  Now I feel like shirts with the "party in the back" are popping up all over the place.  But that's what makes it great to still wear and something that, after purging, I kept!  I wear it in the winter with a long sleeve white shirt underneath it, too.  (I am not much of a "seasonal wardrobe" kinda girl.  I just wear lots of what I have across the seasons!)

This  I just wore the other day to work with black pants.  I think it's a good transition look.  When the weather is still chilly in the morning, but warms up a bit for the afternoon.  I jazzed it up with a flowered infinity scarf because I was thinking spring!!

I wanted to include these pink jeans because quite frankly, I love them but don't wear them nearly enough.  Any suggestions as to more tops I can wear with them, would be appreciated!! This look was a "pin it and did it" look I rocked almost 2 years ago!! And blogged about here!

I am a huge fan of hot pink and leopard.  This first look was in heavy rotation this winter, with leggings and riding boots!  The second outfit is more Spring with black pointe pants and leopard flats.

And this final picture is just for fun!  A bright pink necklace can make a plain, black dress pop!

I can't wait to see everyone's shades of pink today! Join the fun and Link up with us! No blog? No Problem!  Hashtag #theblendedblogstyle on your favorite social media!

  4. Love the pink necklace popping on the black! I've been dying for some pink pants. I think I would pair with something floral or a black jacket. By the way...have tried to link to your instagram but it says the link is broken. :)

  11. I like all your looks, Katie! I have to say that I thought about pink pants last spring and chickened out. They look fab on you.

  12. I think you need to bump those pink pants into your regular clothing rotation. Maybe with a gray tee and a scarf? Love them. They look really cute as you styled them, too. All of your pink is so feminine and fun. And you have really streak-free shower doors, btw. If you find a photographer who travels, I will split the cost with you and we can share. My pics have get to get better this year.
