But anyhoo...today I'm linking up with one of my favorites, Deena, who blogs over at Shoes to Shiraz for her Month in Numbers review post. Such a fun post to write. Read my May in Numbers {here}.
So without further ado...and in no particular order whatsoever...My June in Numbers:
30- The number of days I spent with some sort of aliment!
HA!! Early on in June I broke my toe! Which was a really stupid-ass thing to do, but alas it happened! Then, later on in the month I developed laryngitis and couldn't talk! (Much to the amusement of my co-workers!) Which led to days of a sore throat and an annoying cough that I still have!! Oh and my toes are still buddy-taped!
I guess I can probably add to this 12 cups of tea and honey! I am so over tea with honey!!
2- The number of birthdays parties attended.
One if my besties' daughters had a birthday for which I attended the party, my nephew and godson, Colin turned 11 (EEEKKK) so we celebrated him with a little party!
12-Meals eaten at restaurants/take-out....in other words, that I didn't have to cook!
This kinda seems like a lot! Huh?!? So I guess where I saved money not shopping this month, I spent it on food! But hey...a girl's gotta eat right?
On the other side of the coin...only one Hello Fresh Meal made. But it was so, so good!!!
Shrimp Tacos
Speaking of shopping...In the middle of the month I found out that I am going to have to limit my shopping budget for the next year or so drastically, due to an unforeseen, expense! So after that wake up call, I re-evaluated and did some returns on purchases I really didn't need!! I got back $94.12 on all my returns! Woo hoo! Too some that's not a lot but at this point every little bit helps!! HOWEVER, this is not to say I'm on a total shopping ban...because t-minus 5 days until the Nordy's Anniversary Sale! :)
This month I consumed more beer than wine! Due to my visits to the breweries and my new found love of Hell or High Watermelon...but I can't exactly pinpoint the number of ounces! Does 500 oz. seem outta control!?!? (Sorry Ma!)
5- The number of Starbucks Cards received as end-of-year teacher gifts.
2- Starbucks coffees actually consumed.
2- Orchids also received as end-of-year gifts! And I have managed to keep them alive! GO ME!!
1 book finished: Nobody's Cuter than You! Totally LOVED!! This number will -be higher next month! See what on my Summer Read List here!!
1 concert attended! Love me some Tim McGraw! (Read all about it here!)
1 entire package on Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Oreos consumed. By me...just ME!!
Geeezzz...with the beer and cookies consumed this month, you'd think I'd gained 10 pounds this month...but thanks to sickness, that wasn't the case!! hahahahaha
Over 5 inches of rain this month! Booo...doesn't leave much time for laying out and catching some rays!!
And just for fun....Hundreds of tears shed!! But a million more laughs to be had in June!!!
